The Learning Umbrella, is a progressive pre-school system that provides your child with modern education as per the British National curriculum incorporating the syllabus of CBSE and ICSE schools and learning of important characteristics of integrity and discipline that are ingrained within a broad canvas of social, moral and ethical values under one umbrella.

The most important development in a child is between the ages of one and five and this sense of self will probably stay with the child all his/her life. Our school creates an environment in which every child has an opportunity to develop varied talents. The child is encouraged to understand and master their environment, through experiences that are appropriate for his/her age and ability.

Diet is always a concern of parents, because the food habits vary from one child to the next. The diet schedules are planned by nutritionists with utmost care keeping in view usual allergies, special organic supplements, and the natural flavours that appeal to kids.

Transportation

The pre-school is facilitated with pickup and drop service, attended by responsible drivers and caretakers - under supervision of management.

Physical Activity

Half of the learning process of kids at The Leaning Umbrella is designed with support of Physical Activity. However, we ensure that kids are introduced with indoor games that foster healthy competition among them.

Basics

Apart from the academic and physical education, we devote time for storytelling, motivational songs, and recreation to introduce basics, hygiene, good manners, and human values at early age.

My daughter has been studying in the Learning Umbrella Preschool since Nursery, she is now finishing 1st grade and she has loved it since the very beginning. Her progress has been phenomenal, she is now reading books which are meant for kids much older than her age and she has started writing her own journals. The thrust of the school is a holistic development of the child and this has been achieved through proper class and home work balance, imparting the concepts in different subjects through a phased manner that is easily understandable by the child and a proper mix of studies and fun activities. All the people working at the school from the teachers to the ayammas are very kind, friendly and helpful. Our experience with The Learning Umbrella- Anandnagar Colony has been fantastic and we would definitely recommend this nursery and day care to other prospective parents. Be it the impeccable leadership, the vibrant ambience of the school or the friendly staff, TLU has always exceeded our expectations in the way they made our children experience their early schooling. The most notable aspect that made me write this review is the outstanding courage this team has shown by completing an academic year using virtual platform during this pandemic. While Ive seen some schools relying on free platforms to deliver lessons, pushing most burden on to the parents, TLU has actually taken the step forward to invest in Microsoft Tools and provided each student the right experience of online learning, assessments and collaboration. As a parent, I see the passion of this team in every effort that they put in and that in my opinion drives them to be the best. I wish The Learning Umbrella team a successful academic year 2021-22.

The best possible pre school to lay the foundation for a child’s future. In just a months time my daughter was a different child all together. She started speaking eating on her own interacting with people playing etc. very surprising for us as she was very shy and introvert. We chose The Learning Umbrella PreSchool to ensure he had a strong foundation before attending primary school. Everyday we find out something new he has learned.The class instructions,curriculum,snack menu is well organized.The school provides a safe, loving and secure environment. My son absolutely loves attending school. Though me and my wife were apprehensive of sending my 18 month old daughter to play school as we thought it was a bit early, they really insisted and said that it would be a nice learning experience for her and true to their words, my daughter really enjoys going to her school and she has learnt quite a few things over the last two months. "One of BEST decision I have made for my son Devansh is to put him in TLU. Last year he spent entire year for PP1 at another place (in so called old reputed) and didn't even pick to write even 3 letters ABC and couldn't utter a English word. I was told he needs spl attn and can't focus etc by his earlier school. But now 4 months in TLU I am myself simply amazed and baffled how much he has learned. He spells and writes all alphabets, writes numbers upto 30. He tries speaks in English forming small sentences and able to communicate with others. My other kids go to HPS and we were earlier disappointed Devansh didn't get there but now we feel TLU was blessing in disguise. Looking at progress we happy he didn't get into HPS. Even there he wouldn't have learned this much. Kudos to his Teacher, Roopal and rest of teaching staff. You folks are doing simply an amazing job"

My son Jinay is in playgroup this year in this school. We have seen tremendous changes in him during this short period. He has developed table manners and he eats food by himself without spilling anything, He keeps all his things at his place by himself which I find amazing as he just 2 year old.
He can recite entire National Anthem on his own, he knows more than 20-25 rhymes, he recognises all the colours, shapes, fruits, vegetables, animal etc
